Constitution Assembly Chair Person and Speaker of the house, Honorable Subash Chandra Newang launched the Book entitled book Nepal: Options for the New Constitution edited by Dr. Bipin Adhikari,, President NCF, amidst a special function jointly organized by MIRST Nepal and Nepal Constitution Foundation in Kathmandu.
